3. Engagement of Services

A formal written agreement is required before any design work begins. Quotes provided are estimates until a formal proposal is signed by both parties.

All design concepts, drawings, mood boards, and specifications remain the intellectual property of Caroline Alves Velho Interior Design until full payment is received. Upon completion and full payment, clients receive usage rights for the commissioned design.

6. Cancellation

Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation terms after work has commenced are specified in the formal agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Caroline Alves Velho Interior Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the Irish courts.
